通过PDCA循环在发酵酱油中的应用,具体分析质量存在的问题、造成质量不良的原因、采取改进措施、建立操作性前提方案、实施操作性前提方案、检验措施及验证,使发酵酱油质量得以保障和提高。
Through the application of PDCA in the method of diluting management,analyses the specific problems of quality in detail and the reason of the poor quality,adopt the upswing measure,establish the operational premise scheme, and hen put in practice. Verify and validate the measure,in order to guarantee and improve the quality of in the method of diluting.
