摘要
基于分布式发电机和可中断负荷,建立了配电公司(Disco)在竞争的日前市场下的多时段能量获取模型。假设各发电公司和其他Disco的费用信息能够得到,Disco之间的竞争用一个两层优化问题描述。外层子问题代表Disco的优化决策,目标为自身利润最大化;里层子问题为独立系统运行人考虑安全约束的能量出清模型,目标为最小化购电成本及中断补偿费用。非线性互补方法及改进的Levenberg-Marquardt算法用来求解两层模型。8节点算例验证了模型和算法的有效性,算例同时分析了分布式发电机和可中断负荷在输电阻塞中的作用。
This paper presents a multi-period company (Disco) with distributed generation (DG) and energy acquisition model for a distribution interruptible load (IL) in a day-ahead electricity market. Assuming that cost information for individual generation companies (Gencos) and Discos is given, the Disco's energy acquisition strategy is modeled as a bi-level optimization problem. The upper sub-problem represents individual Discos with the object to maximize its revenues. The lower sub-problem represents the independent system operator (ISO) to simulate the market clearing problem. The bi-level problem is solved by a nonlinear complementarity method (NCM). An 8-bus system is employed to illustrate the proposed model and algorithm. In particular, the roles of DGs and ILs to alleviate congestion are analyzed.
