摘要
针对望谟县利桃村社区发展基金的产生原因及其基本运作模式,总结了发展基金的主要效果和存在的问题,分析了农村社区发展基金管理模式的成功因素,对社区发展基金存在的主要问题进行了探讨。
The paper introduces the establishment and basic operation model of community development fund, analyzes successful factors of the management model of community development fund and discusses the main problems in community development fund in Litao village.
