摘要
分析了图书招标采购对图书采访工作带来的主要束缚,针对图书招标采购的现状,提出了避免图书招标所致束缚的措施。
This paper analyzes the main inhibitions caused by book bidding to the book acquisitioning work, and in the light of the present situation of book bidding and purchasing, advances some measures for avoiding the inhibitions caused by book bidding.
