摘要
从提高图书馆服务效用,降低服务价格等角度出发,利用微观经济学中的效用理论研究了消费者的图书消费心理和行为,以期建立具有优势的图书馆服务模式。
Starting from the angles of improving the service utility and reducing the service price, this paper researches the consumer's book consumption psychology and behavior with utility theory in micro-economics in order to establish the dominant service pattern of the library.
