摘要
在分析"以人为本"内涵的基础上,探讨了"以馆员为本"和"以读者为本"的新时代图书馆的综合管理模式,提出了建立该模式的可行措施。
Based on analyzing the connotation of people-based concept, this paper probes into the librarian-based and reader-based comprehensive management mode in the new times, and puts forward some feasible measures for establishing this mode.
