Based on the description of the definition and characteristics of network information resources, this paper illustrates the necessity of the evaluation on economic benefits of network information resources, and puts forward the evaluation system of economic benefits of network information resources including the direct and indirect evaluation indicators, and adopts the financial target measurement, decision tree method, users assessment method and comprehensive evaluation.
