The Misunderstandings in and Policy Suggestions on the Current Ecological Civilization Construction

从时空维度看,生态文明是当今社会的必然选择,但在生态文明建设中还存在若干误区。从立法体系、制度安排、公众参与等三方面提出了针对性的政策建议。

Ecological civilization is an inevitable choice of today＇s society from the dimensions of the time and space, but there are several misunderstandings in the current construction of ecological civilization. This paper advances some pertinent policy suggestions from three aspects of the legislation system, institutional arrangement and public participation.
