摘要
简要介绍了关河水库工程概况,针对大坝存在的主要问题,提出了切实可行的除险加固设计方案。
This paper introduces the general situation of Guanhe Reservoir, and in the light of the main problems existing in the dam, advances some feasible design schemes for the danger removal and dam reinforcement.
