摘要
目的制定天津市区县疾病预防控制机构突发公共卫生事件应急能力评价指标体系。方法复习文献法、头脑风暴法和专家指标权重赋值法。结果初步建立了包含5个维度、28个一级指标和88个二级指标的区县疾病预防控制机构应急能力评价指标体系。
Objective Make an items system for evaluate emergency capability to local organization for disease control and prevention. Method Review literature, idea storm, make weigh to items by experts. Result Set up an items system including 5 dimension, 28first-degree items and 88second -degree items that can show emergency capability of local organization for disease control and prevention properly.
