摘要
现代数控机床要求其进给系统在较高进给速度下具有很好的定位精度和较高的速度适应能力,这就要求进给系统要有较高的刚度。文章分析了影响数控机床滚珠丝杠进给系统刚度的主要因素,提出了提高进给系统刚度的技术措施。
With better positioning accuracy and higher speed adaptability under high feeding speed for modern NC machine tool, higher stiffness for feeding system is required. In the paper, the main influence factors of the stiffness of the ball screw feeding system are analyzed, and the corresponding improving measure is suggested.
