单筒油气弹簧结构设计的FIPER组件开发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 油气弹簧是车辆悬挂系统的一个重要部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到车辆的操纵平顺性及驾驶舒适感。在其结构设计过程中,根据其空间约束及性能指标要求,若采用人工方式计算其结构主参数,过程比较繁琐。FIPER作为一个协同过程集成框架,可以有效地进行设计过程集成。文章研究利用jBuild-er 9.0和FIPER API提供的类和方法,开发了面向单筒油气弹簧结构设计的FIPER组件,将其封装为弹簧设计过程的一个节点,实现了弹簧结构设计主参数计算的自动化与标准化,提高了设计效率与准确率。 Oil-gas spring is the important part of hanger of vehicle; its performance has an effect on smoothness and comfort of vehicle. In its structure design process, according to its spacial constraint and the performance requirement, the process is very tedious if calculating main parameters manually. The FIPER product is the collaborative process integration frame, which can carry on the design process integration availably. The FIPER's component about structure design for single cylinder oil-gas spring is developed by using jBuilder 9. 0 and the classes provided by FIPER' s API. The encapsulation of this component as a node of spring design process makes the process of structure' s parameters design automation and standardization; meanwhile, the design efficiency and accuracy are improved.
