摘要 在虚拟仪器技术的基础上,运用LabVIEW软件编程的方法,设计了星齿行星减速器振动的测试系统。该测试系统通过信号滤波、数据记录、曲线显示、功率谱分析等几个功能模块,掌握减速器的整体振动状态,并对所采集的数据进行分析,从而获得影响其振动的主要参数指标。该测试系统的设计为星齿行星减速器振动的研究提供了依据,对星齿行星减速器的整体优化设计具有重要的现实意义。 The author designed a vibration test system of Star Gear Planet Reducer(SGPR) by developing a testing program with LabVIEW,which was based on the technology of Virtual Instrument Technology(VIT). The testing system includes different functional modules, which are acquisitioned-signals filtering, data recording, curves displaying, and power spectrum analyzing, in order to indicate the total vibration conditions and analyze the recorders, and even get several key measures of the parameters which influence the vibration of SGPR. The design of the testing system provides a platform to the study of SGPR' s vibration, which has great academic and practical significance.
