摘要
研究了模具高速切削的粗加工编程的要求,要尽量避免切削方向突变与载荷改变,并且为精加工留有均匀的余量。为此,在编程时需要选择正确的刀具、合适的走刀方式,并采用平滑的过渡方式以及适配进给控制方法调节进给等方法来保证高速切削粗加工的平稳与高效。
The requirements for tool path used in the high speed machining of molds rough machining are introduced. It mainly includes cutter structure and material, amount of milling, the way of cutter machining and programming strategy.
