摘要
建立一个真实的数控铣床加工环境,并在此环境下对加工过程进行仿真。对虚拟制造的体系结构和相关技术进行了深入的研究和分析。着重阐述了虚拟数控机床的建模原理及其相关的控制技术。在建立的虚拟数控机床上实现机床各轴的运动控制、程序显示、NC编译、反馈信息显示等功能,实现了虚拟数控铣床最基本的功能。
The main content of the research is to build a really NC Milling Machine environment in computer and to simulate machining process. Author analyzes the crucial technologies and the architecture of virtual manufacturing. It has narrated the principle of building the virtual numerical control machine tool mould and the control technology related to it. On the virtual numerical-control machine tool we built, it realizes the function of the movement control of each axle of machine tool, program showing, NC program code compile, information showing and so on, and has realized the most basic function of a machine tool of numerical-control system.
