摘要
不锈钢复合钢制压力容器相对纯不锈钢压力容器便宜很多,又能起到相同的耐腐蚀作用,因此在石油化工行业中被广泛应用。但是在现场焊接复合板难度较大,本文从工艺、人员等方面一一介绍,并推荐采用的参数及应注意的地方,经证明取得了良好的效果。
As pressure vessels made of stainless clad steel plates are much cheaper and have the same role of anti-corrosion, compared with those made of stainless steel plates, the former are used widely. However, it's very difficult for site welding of compound steel plates. This paper introduces and recommends some parameters such as the procedure, the personnel, etc. and something that should be paid attention. The result shows the suggestions have good effects on the fractionating tower.
