摘要
高等学校的实验教学担任培养创新人才的重要任务，实验教学要按照创新人才的基本特征进行有的放矢的改革，要建立一支稳定的、高水平的师资队伍，教学方法倡导学生自主学习，实验内容实施3个结合，充分发挥学生的个性、特长和潜力。
The experiment teaching responsibility in colleges and universities is to cultivate the innovative talents, so a reform should be carried out according to the basic characteristics of innovation, by establishing a stable and high- level teaching team. It is also needed to advocate a teaching method combining the independent study and experiment implement, to sufficiently exert the personality, talent and potential of students.
