摘要 科研和教学是高等院校培养人才的两大职能。教学又分理论教学和实践教学,实践教学中的实验教学对培养“21世纪创新人才”有着不可代替的作用。如何将科学研究与实验教学相结合是目前高等院校的一个重要课题。我们从事物理实验教学的教师把承担的科研基金项目与实验教改课题紧密结合起来培养本科人才的创新能力,经过多年探索与实践,走出了一条师生“相互促进、相互提高”的路子。 Scientific research and teaching are two main functions to cultivate the talent for colleges and universities. Teaching is divided into theoretical teaching and experimental teaching. The experimental teaching plays an important role that can not be substituted by theoretical teaching to cultivate the talent in the 21st century. It is a significant subject for the colleges and universities how scinetific research is combined with experimental teaching. Our teachers, who undertake physical experimental integrated scinetific research funds, should proceed educational reform of experiment to bring forth new ideas for undergraduates. So far, teachers and students are promoting and enhancing each other through exploration and practice.
