地震救援军队医护人员心理健康与其应对方式和社会支持的相关性

Correlationship between Mental Health and the Coping Style and Social Support of Military Medical Rescuers in the Medical Relief during Earthquake

目的探讨地震救援军队医护人员心理健康状态与其应对方式和社会支持的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式量表(SCSQ)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),对在成都某部队医院参加地震救援的军队医护人员进行现场测试,采用t检验、相关分析等方法进行统计处理。结果(1)地震救援军队医护人员SCL-90各因子分中躯体化、人际关系、恐怖显著高于中国常模(P<0.05);地震救援军队医务人员SCL-90各因子除躯体化、恐怖外显著低于中国军人常模(P<0.05);(2)地震救援军队医护人员应对方式的选择与SCL-90各因子间呈选择相关性,领悟社会支持总分和家庭内外支持分与SCL-90间无统计学意义。结论在抗震救援中,强有力的社会支持、积极的应对方式有利于医护人员的心理健康。

Objective To investigate the correlationship between mental health and the coping style and social support of military medical rescuers in the medical relief during earthquake. Methods An on-scene investigation into 64 military medical rescuers who had participated in the medical relief during earthquake was conducted by using the symptom checklist （SCL-90）, the simple coping style questionnaire（SCSQ） and the perceived social support scale （PSSS） respectively. The data were processed by t-test, correlation analysis. Results The factor scores of somatization, interpersonal relation and phobia of SCL-90 in the military medical rescuers during earthquake relief were significantly higher than Chinese norms （ P 〈 0.05）, and significantly lower than the military norm （ P 〈0.05）. The choice of coping style were selective correlated with all factors scores of SCL-90. Conclusion During the medical relief after earthquake, great social support and active coping style are beneficial for the mental health of medical rescuers.
