焦点解决模式在2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

Application of Solution-Focused Approach in Health Education among Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨焦点解决模式应用于2型糖尿病患者健康教育的效果。方法选取住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组各30例。对照组患者接受常规的健康教育指导,实验组在常规健康教育指导的基础上应用焦点解决模式进行健康教育。出院时对两组患者的健康教育效果和临床效果进行评价。结果实验组患者的自我护理技巧和知识、自觉遵医行为、临床服务满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),血糖、血压水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论焦点解决模式能够架起患者与医护人员之间有效沟通的桥梁,增加患者对医护人员的信任程度,提高健康教育的效果,从而使患者的血糖、血压进一步得到改善。

Objectives To investigate the effect of health education with solution-focused approach in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Sixty inpatients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experiment group（ n =30） and control group（ n = 30）. The experiment group patients received conventional health education plus solution-focused approach, while the control group patients received only conventional health education. The effectiveness of health education and clinical treatment was evaluated in the two groups at discharge. Results The knowledge of self-care skills, medical compliance behaviors and clinical services satisfaction degree in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The level of blood glucose and blood pressure markedly reduced in the experiment group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Solution-focused approach was a feasible and effective method in course of health education in type 2 diabetes patients, It plays an important role as a communication bridge between patients and health care providers. It could enhance patients ＇ trustiness to health care providers, improve the effect of health education, facilitate the acceptance and satisfaction, and finally moderate the level of blood glucose and blood pressure.
