病案导入-情境模拟教学法在护理学基础教学中的应用效果 被引量:32

摘要 目的研究病案导入-情境模拟教学法在护理学基础教学中的应用效果。方法将某校2个护理专科班分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统的教学方法;实验组采用传统教学法与病案导入-情境模拟结合的教学方法。结果(1)实验组《护理学基础》课程的考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生认为病案导入-情境模拟教学法激发了其对护理专业的学习兴趣与感情,有助于锻炼评判性思维的意识和能力以及综合运用知识的能力等。结论病案导入-情境模拟教学法在夯实学生基础理论的同时,注重其综合素质和能力的培养,使学生成为课堂教学和自我发展的主体,并可缩短护理理论与临床实践的距离,从而增强学生对护理专业的兴趣和感情,有益于学生更好地适应未来医院的工作。
