邹县发电厂N1000-25/600/600型超超临界机组低压转子损伤原因分析

摘要 邹县发电厂N1000-25/600/600型超超临界火电机组第一次大修中发现低压转子大轴磨损严重,低压通流所有压力级隔板汽封全部被磨损。综合低压转子质量、支撑跨距、工况等因素,对比设备厂家给定的低压通流径向间隙的安装调试标准与机组实际的低压通流径向间隙,结合机组低压通流事故情况,进行全面分析,并针对性提出了改进、修订措施,如提高转子材料等级,提高转子刚性;适当放大低压通流径向间隙调整标准;调整汽封底部弹簧的退让能力,更换被磨损的汽封等。 In the first time overhaul of N1000-25/600/600 type USC pressure steam turbine in Zouxian Power Plant, the shaft of LP rotor was found to he worn severly.the steam seal glands of all the pressure stage diaphragms in the LP flow path were worn. Taking the LP rotor mass,supported span and working condition etc, factors into consideration, comparing the erection and debugging standards of radial clearances of LP flow path set by the equipment manufacturers with the actual LP flow path radial clearanees of the trait,and combining with the failure status of LP flow path of the trait,the paper carried out the comprehensive analysis and put forward the improvement and revised measures,such as,to raise the material grade and rigidity of rotor; properly enlarge the readjustment standards of LP flow path radial clearances;readjust the give-in capability of springs at the base if steam sealing, and replace the worn stean sealings etc.
