文章主要介绍钢铁厂自备电厂燃气锅炉系统中燃烧和空气系统的控制方案及原理,并给出带含氧校正的交叉限幅的控制燃烧方式,详细描述基于该方式的锅炉煤气控制方案,达到通过维持稳定的汽包压力使得锅炉实现经济燃烧和安全燃烧的目的。
The paper mainly introduced the principle and control scheme of combustion and air system in gas fired boiler in self - supply power plant of steel factory, and gave the control combustion mode of intersection limiter with correction of oxygen content. The control scheme of boiler gas based on this mode was described in detail, which can make boiler realize economic and safe combustion through maintaining stable drum pressure.
