摘要 为解决控制室对集水井、蓄水池长距离安全通讯问题,设计了离散控制系统,给出监控组态系统(MCGS:Monitor and Control Generated System)的属性接口、方法接口、采集程序界面设置、电流/功率采集程序设计方法及硬件拓扑。该系统上位机采用性价极佳的研华工业控制机(IPC-610H),下位机为标准控制系列模块ADAM-4000,以PROFIBUS为通信系统,巡检及调节过程控制采用MCGS。利用MCGS设备驱动程序库中与ADAM-4000设备配套的设备驱动程序,只需将属性接口和方法接口相应参数根据实际情况略加修改即可,从而使系统在提高反映敏感度的同时减少了硬件设计的费用及软件开发的工作量。 Aim at the craftwork request of impounding reservoir system control process technical reform, the industrial control system, the scene control system are designed using Advantech industrial computer (IPC-610H) and ADAM-4000 standard control modular, PROFIBUS as communications, inspection and regulating process with MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System) , to reduce the fee of hardware design and the workload of software exploitation and advance delicacy degree of system reaction. The programmer design method of attribute interface and method interface and electric current/power gather programmer and how to set up gather programmer interface and Hardware topology in MCGS, to get help to sane type system.
