摘要
高校扩招背景下的大学英语教学面临困境,传统的英语教学模式重技巧轻管理,偏重知识的传授,缺少学习行为的研究和引导,弱化了英语教与学的效果。组织行为学强调塑造组织中个人的行为,提倡激励、目标管理和绩效管理等,这为改革大学英语教学指出了一条道路。
Under the influence of over-enrollment of college students, college English teaching nowadays is in deep trouble. The traditional English teaching, which features over-emphasizing the impartment of English knowledge, practically affect the students' English learning results. While Organizational Behavior Theory, which places great value on shaping individual's behavior through motivation, goal-setting etc., points out a way to reform our English teaching.
