摘要 提出用拓扑指数[1](TI)对电网结构与其性能之间的关系进行定量分析,从而对各级电网结构的合理性从定量的角度加以度量。首先介绍了拓扑指数的有关概念和结论,并且每个结论都用例子进行了说明。然后利用拓扑指数的这些结论,分析了高压,中低压网络结构与性能之间的关系。最后,对本文提出方法在其它领域的用途进行了简单说明。 This paper uses topology index for quantitative analysis the structure of electric network. This method can give a quantitative evaluation for all level transmission's structure. First introduce the topology index, then use topology index analysis all level transmission's structure, last explain the purpose use of topology index in other field.
