党内民主是党的生命,已经成为党内共识。党的十七大对于大力加强党内民主又做出了新的部署。然而在实践中如何开展党内民主必将是一个不断思考和探索的过程。对于党内民主的内涵作了新的界定,然后就党内民主制度建设作了重点论述。

Democracy is the life of our Party, which has been commonly recognized in our Party. Now the 17th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party has made new planning about the construction of democracy in our Party. However, how to implement it within the Party will be undoubtedly a continuous process of reflection and inquiry. This article had made new definition of the contents of democracy of our Party, and emphasis is placed on the discussion about the construction of democracy in our Party.
