地方高校要创建和谐学校,构建和谐教育必须从三个方面着手:第一,需要坚持以人为本的管理理念;第二,要加强自身核心竞争力建设;第三,要树立科学发展的办学理念。
To establish harmonious colleges and construct harmonious education, local colleges must hold on to human centered management ideas, strengthen self nuclear competitive construction, and set up school ideas of scientific development.
