爱维治治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Assess the role of actovegin in treating diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy

目的观察爱维治治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法150例糖尿病周围神经病变患者，随机单盲分为3组各50例，爱维治组给予爱维治800mg静脉滴注，甲钴胺组给予甲钴胺维生素B12 1000μg静脉注射，联合治疗组同时给予上述2种药物，观察3组治疗2周后周围神经病变症状的缓解情况及肌电图的改变。结果甲钴胺组有效率为66％，爱维治组有效率为70％，2组之间比较差异无统计学意义（x^2=0．186，P〉0．05），联合治疗组有效率为90％，效果优于甲钴胺组与爱维治组（90％对比66％，x^2=8．791，P〈0．05；90％对比70％，x^2=6．60，P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论爱维治可有效治疗糖尿病周围神经病变，疗效与甲钴胺相当，二药联用效果更佳。

Objective To assess the role of actovegin （ Deproteinized Hemoderivatire of Calf） in treating diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy. Methods One handred and fifty cases of diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy patients were divided into three groups randomly： actovegin treating group, mecobalamine treating group, actovegin and mecobalamine combination treating group. After two weeks treatment, compared the clinical symptoms and electromyogram improvements. Results Clinical symptoms and nerves conduction velocity were significantly improved after treatment. The total effective rate was 66%, 70%, 90% in mecobalamine treating group, actovegin treating group, actovegin and mecobalamine treating group respectively. There was no significant difference between actovegin and mecobalamine treating group （ x^2 = 0. 186, P 〉 0.05 ） , but actovegin and mecobalamine combination treating group had get more benefit （90% vs 66 %, x^2 = 8. 791, P 〈 0.05 ; 90% vs 70%, x^2 = 6.60, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Actovegin can significant improve the clinical symptom and nerves conduction velocity. Patients get more benefit from combination of actovegin and mecobalamin
