异常子宫出血子宫内膜单纯型增生与增生期子宫内膜血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜单纯型增生与增生期子宫内膜血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)表达有无差异。方法门诊宫腔镜下观察需行诊断性刮宫的异常子宫出血患者30例,取其子宫内膜组织,石蜡包埋制成切片,苏木精-伊红染色按内膜的病理类型分为单纯型增生和增生期子宫内膜2组,用免疫组织化学方法测定VEGF、MVD含量,采用Leica Q500IW图像分析仪进行测定,应用光密度值进行比较。结果单纯型增生子宫内膜VEGF、MVD含量高于增生期子宫内膜。结论患者子宫内膜单纯型增生和增生期子宫内膜的VEGF、MVD含量不同,VEGF在子宫内膜单纯增生的发生、发展中占有重要地位。 Objective To observe the expression of Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Microvessel density (MVD) detected in endometrial simple hyperplasia and proliferative phase endometrium in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB). Methods Thirty cases of AUB were included in the study. Endometrial biopsys were divided into 2 groups according to pathologic results : endometrial simple hyperplasia group and proliferative phase endometrium group. VEGF. MVD were measured with immunohistochemistry and were analyzed with a computerized image analyzer. Results Expression of VEGF.and MVD in the simple hyperplasia group was the higher than the proliferative phase endometrium group. Conclusion Expression of VEGF and MVD in glandular epithelium were significant different between the simple hyperplasia group and the proliferative phase endometrium group ( P 〈 0.01 ). VEGF plays an important role in endometrial simple hyperplasia of patients with AUB.
