摘要
提出了一种采用电涡流传感器对硬币真伪进行快速无损鉴别的双频率测量的方法,介绍了相关电路设计。设计采用了单片机、电涡流传感器、语音芯片和LCD显示器,可对硬币进行非接触无损检测,实时剔除假币,可广泛应用于公交等投币场合,解决了假币带来的一系列问题。
A rapid and untouched method to discriminate false coin with eddy-current senor based on double frequency parameter is presented. Relative circuit design which adopts MCU, eddy-current sensor, phonetic chip and LCD dlsplay is introduced. This design can implement untouched and lossless detection to a coin, picks false coin out real time, it can be widely used in public traffic system and other using coin area. The system gives a good solution to a series of problems due to false coin.
