摘要
本文总结自1974至1988年小儿急性白血病的治疗工作。急淋78例,急非淋64例,共142例。第一次完全缓解率为59.8％,其中急淋69.1％,急非淋48.4％;但分别有57.4％和61.3％在1年内复发。无病生存期为2月～13年。强调加强抗感染、免疫治疗,探索最佳治疗方案及增强家属和医务人员治疗信心的重要性。
A summary is made of the condition of treatment of 142 cases with acute leukemia in childhood in 78 with ALL and 64 with ANLL from 1974 to 1988. The first complete remission rate was 59. 8%, (ALL, 69. 1%;ANLL, 48. 4%)but their relapse rate of ALL and ANLL was 57% and 61% respectively within one year. The disease-free survival date was between 2 months to 13 years. It is important that the antiinfection, immunotherapy, improving the chemotherapy scheme and enhancing the confidence of parents, nurses and pediatrics are emphasis.
