1063例乳腺肿块的临床病理学分析

Clinical pathology analysis of lumps in 1063 cases with breast diseases

目的通过对乳腺肿块的病理诊断分析,以确立诊断明确治疗方案。方法对笔者所在医院2005-01～2007-12,因乳腺肿块而进行手术治疗的1063例患者的病理诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果1063例乳腺疾病以良性肿块最多(907例),占全部患者的85.32%。良性肿块以乳腺增生症、乳腺纤维瘤最多。乳腺恶性肿块165例,以浸润性导管癌最多,其次是小叶癌、导管内乳头状癌。乳腺癌从30岁年龄段开始,随年龄的增大发病的比例逐渐增高,差异有显著性。结论进行乳腺定期检查,对高危人群定期加强追踪监测,从而提高乳腺癌的诊断率,做到早诊断早治疗。

Objective Through the analysis of their clinical manifestation and pathology to confirm the diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods A retrospective analysis of 1 063 cases of breast diseases was made by authors, who had been subjected to the surgical operation from January 2005 to December 2007. Results Among the 1 063 cases 907 were benign fibro diseases（85.32%）, and most of them were fibroadenoma and usual ductally hyperplasia, breast malignant disease were found 156 cases, and most of them were invasive ductal carcinoma, then lobular carcinoma and intraductal papillary carcinoma. It was significant that from the age since 30 years old the incidence rate increased with the age. Condusion h is very important to promate the diagnosis rate of breast carcinoma by early prevention and treatment to screen breast diseases and monitor high risk population in time.
