摘要
目的探讨模拟心理训练对大鼠受到外界损害性应激时旷场行为的影响。方法将通过适应性训练的32只Wister大鼠随机分成4组,即空白对照组(A组)、心理训练组(B组)、应激组(C组)、心理训练应激组(D组)。A组不给予心理训练也不给予应激,B组给予心理训练但不给予应激,C组仅给予应激,不予训练,D组在进行四周的心理训练后,随C组一同被施加电击、强声、强光多种损害性应激,应激后24h依次进行旷场实验。结果经过心理训练的B、D组的旷场行为得分均明显低于未训练的A、C组,D组与其它各组比较明显降低(P<0.01)。结论大鼠经模拟心理训练后,其行为学反应明显降低,证实训练对机体抗应激能力的增强具有十分重要的作用。
Objective To discuss the influence of simulation psychological training on the rat's open field behave, that under the outside damage stress. Methods Thirty -two Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups, 8 for each, namely control group (group A), psychological training group(group B),stress group (group C)and psychological training prior to stress (group D). Rats in group A received neither psychological training nor stress, group B received psychological training without stress, group C received stimulation including stress of strong noise and strong light, but without psychological training, and group D, after psychological training for 4 weeks, received the same stress stimulation as group C. Twenty-four hours after stress, open filed experiment was done on group C and D. Results In open filed experiment, the groups B and D showed remarkably lower scores than the group A and C, and group D showed lowest scores of all the four groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion After the simulation psychological training, the rat's praxiology response reduces significantly, and it can confirm the psychological training has the very important effect to enhance the organism anti- stress ability.
