视力视野受累型垂体瘤的γ-刀放射外科治疗 被引量：1

摘要 几乎所有的γ-刀放射外科专家都认为视力视野受累型巨大垂体瘤的γ-刀放射外科治疗有病情加重之虞，但临床上始终有一部分患者山于某种原因不能手术，或经历过一次或二次神经外科手术后复发等不同原因放弃了手术。面对这部分患者γ-刀放射外科通过改变治疗规划实施治疗，笔者体会，根据定位图像对瘤周剂量线、分割做个性化规划仍能取得较理想效果。
