MEDLINE收录88医院1997～2007年论文的文献计量分析

Bibliometric study about medical scientific papers embodied by MEDLINE database which are from the 88th Hospital from 1997 to 2007yr.

目的通过检索笔者所在医院科研论文被国际权威检索工具(MEDLINE)收录情况,分析医院科研论文发表的现状和存在的不足。方法借助MEDLINE检索手段,分析1997～2007年其收录医院科研论文总数、中外文论文数及其在国内外期刊的分布情况。结果近10年被MEDLINE收录论文数量比较多,但占同时期88医院所发表的论文总数的比例较低。结论88医院近年来重视国际交流,但还应继续加强向国外刊物上投稿,尤其应注重向MEDLINE数据库收录的期刊以及影响因子高的期刊上投稿,进一步促进医院学术地位和学术水平的持续协调发展。

Objective Through statistical analysis on medical scientific research articles from the 88th hospital embodied by the international authority retrieval tool to appraises scientific research level and shortage of the hospital. Method With the aid of the MEDLINE retrieval method, all the scientific research articles of 88th hospital from 1997 to 2007 were analysed concerning the article numbers and medicine magazine distribution. Results During the 10 years, the papers of the 88th hospital embodied by MEDLINE database were more but accounted for a lower proportion of the total number of papers. Conclusion In recent yeas the hospital have payed attention to international exchanges. But it is necessary to increase contributors to the foreign publications, especially to be published in the high impact factor journals and external periodicals embodied by MEDLINE.
