摘要
莱钢银山型钢130T/H锅炉自控系统采用Schneider TSX Quantum系列PLC硬件组成基础自动化系统,监控软件为MP7.0,编程软件为Concept 2.6,Windows 2000作为系统平台界面,组成计算机操作系统,实现人机通讯。网络系统采用了"透明工厂"设计思想,实现了设备维护及生产操作人员的远距离访问和监视。系统自运行以来,运行状态稳定,很好的实现了各项控制要求和控制功能。
The boiler automatic control system of Lai Gang yinshan section 130T/H uses the Schneider TSX Quantum the series PLC hardware as its basic automated system. Its monitoring software is MP7.0, the programming software is Concept 2.6, and the system platform is Windows2000, which comprises the computer operation system, and achieves the man-machine communication. The network system adopts＂ transparent factory＂ design idea, which realizes the equipments maintenance and the long-distance surveillance and monitoring. The system runs stably, and control requirements and control function are well satisfied since its application.
