社区卒中与非卒中老年人健康状况的影响因素分析

Analysis on related factors influencing health status of stroke elderly and no elderly elderly stroke in community and measures

目的探讨社区中影响卒中老年人及非卒中老年人健康状况的相关因素。方法对1509例老年人采用经过预试验并修正的自编量表进行调查。对结果进行统计与分析。结果社区中卒中与非卒中老年人影响健康状况的因素不同，卒中老人受疾病困扰较大，但两者均受抑郁的影响。结论老年人应多从事各项活动，尤其卒中老人的精神健康更应受到重视。

Objective To explore the related factors of influencing the health status of stroke elderly and no stroke elderly in community. Methods 1 509 elderly were surveyed with a self-designed scale which was pre-tested and modified. The results were analyzed. Results The factors of influencing the health status of stroke elderly and no stroke elderly in community were different. The stroke elderly were mainly puzzled by the disease. But all these elderly patients were influenced by depression. Conclusions The elderly should participate in all kinds of activities. Especially the mental health of stroke elderly should be emphasized.
