摘要
目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(金因肽,rhEGF)在护理治疗急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的临床效果。方法把61例因头颈部肿瘤接受放射治疗后出现急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均在出现Ⅰ级急性放射性黏膜炎时开始进行处理。治疗组除用常规方法处理外加用金因肽喷于病变区域的黏膜,对照组只用常规方法处理。根据RTOG/EORTC黏膜反应标准进行评价。结果治疗组预防出现Ⅲ~Ⅳ级急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的效果优于对照组,有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其治疗黏膜炎的总有效率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论金因肽可预防严重急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生,并可促进急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的愈合。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor ( Gene Time) in the nursing and treatment of acute oral mucositis induced by radiation. Methods 61 head and neck cancer patients with acute oral mucositis after the radiation treatment were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The two groups started to be treated when appearing grade I acute oral mucositis. The experiment group was treated with general measure in combination with recombinant human epidermal growth factor spraying on the pathological mucous membrane, while the control group was treated only with the general measure. The effects were evaluated according to the systems proposed by RTOG/EORTC. Results The effect of preventing grade m - IV acute radioactive mucositis in the experiment group was better than that in the control group, showing a statistical meaning ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The total effective rate in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistical meaning ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The recombinant human epidermal growth factor can prevent the occurrence of serious radioactive oral mucositis, and also can hasten the healing of radioactive oral mucositis.
