陕西省贫困农村老年人生活质量的影响因素

Analysis of factors influcing quality of life among rural elders in Shanxi

目的研究分析陕西省贫困农村老年人生活质量的影响因素。方法选用世界卫生组织生存质量简表,即WHOQOL-BREF量表为研究工具。采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取陕西省贫困农村60岁以上的老年人作为研究对象,共407人。结果既往健康状况良好的老年人、男性老年人、70岁以下老年人和不吸烟的老年人生活质量的总体平均分分别为（12.45±1.32）,（13.12±1.11）,（13.33±1.20）,（12.24±1.24）,明显高于对照组,组间比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。陕西农村老年人生活质量的影响因素包括既往健康状况、性别、年龄及是否吸烟等。结论农村老年人生活质量的影响因素是多方面的,社会应从多方面关注老年人的生活。

Objective To analysis the factors influeing quality of life among rural elders in Shanxi. Methods 407 elders above 60 years old in Shanxi rural areas were selected by stratified cluster sampling and investigated with WHOQOL-BREF. Results the scores of quality of life among the elders who were health, male, under 70 years old and none smoking were （ 12.45 ± 1.32）, （ 13. 12 ± 1. 11 ）, （ 13.33 ± 1.20）, （ 12.24 ±1.24） respectively , which showed higher than control group, the difference was significant. Conclusions The factors influeing quality of life among rural elders were versatile, we should pay more attention to them from various angles.
