穴位注射加按摩导引治疗骨科术后尿潴留的护理

Observation on point injection and Chinese manipulation and Qi Gong therapy to cure retention of urine in the postoperative orthopedics patients

目的探讨穴位注射加按摩导引治疗骨科术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组各48例,观察组采用1 ml一次性无菌注射器抽吸新斯的明1 mg,分别注入中极穴与健侧三阴交穴0.5 mg;在下腹膀胱底部按摩与导引。对照组用传统诱导排尿方法。结果观察组总有效率95.8%,对照组总有效率66.7%,两组有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两组患者在术后10～30 min排尿时间比较,观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论穴位注射加按摩导引综合治疗骨科术后尿潴留效果更佳。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of point injection and Chinese manipulation and Qi Gong therapy to cure retention of urine in the postoperative orthopedics patients. Methods Two groups were divided randomly and 48 eases in each group. In experimental group, Neostigmine 0.5mg on Zusanli point and 0. 5mg on Zhongji point were injected respeetively in the healthy limb, at the same time Chinese manipulation and Qi Gong therapy were used to massage the bladder. While, in the control group traditional ways were used for them. Results In the experimental group, the effective eatio was 95.8% while the control group is 66.7%. The curative effect in the experimental group was significant better than that of control group compared with the time of uresis in 10 - 30 min after surgery（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions It is a more effective way to use point injection and Chinese manipulation and Qi Gong therapy to cure retention of urine in the postoperative orthopedics patients.
