目的为了能够更便捷、更迅速的在野战情况下开展手术,达到迅速、有效实施伤员救治的目的,使危重伤员得到及时救治。方法通过对VCY-2002型野战手术车的展开使用,我们合理设计了缓冲帐篷的分区,利用通用单屉箱,对野战手术需要的各种手术器械、物品进行模块化摆放与管理。结果达到了野战情况下手术器械、物品取放快捷、使用方便的要求,顺利完成各类手术31例。结论通过对野战手术车及缓冲帐篷空间的合理规划,以及对手术器械、物品的有效管理,为野战医院的手术开展提供了必要保证,确保了迅速有效的救治工作。

Objective To research how to carry out the surgery quickly and conveniently at the situation of field operation, so as to cure the wounded person promptly and effectively and to make the severe patients get timely treatment. Methods On the basis of deploying and applying VCY-2002 type field operation surgical vehicle, we designed the sub-area of bumped-tent reasonably and then realized the modularization management of all kinds of instruments and substanees needed by the field operation surgical vehicle through the single ease. Results The research could achieve the requirements of prompt management and usage of instruments and substances at the situation of field operation. We finished 31 surgical operations successfully. Conclusions The deployment of field operation surgical vehicle, reasonable design of bumped-tent and effective management of instruments and substances provide the essential conditions for carrying out the surgery in field hospital. And they also ensure the treatment be operated promptly and effectively.
