纤维母细胞生长因子-7在不同发育阶段大鼠皮肤中的表达和意义

摘要 目的研究纤维母细胞生长因子7(FGF7)、纤维母细胞生长因子2(FGF2)和表皮生长因子(EGF)在不同发育阶段大鼠皮肤中的表达情况。方法用免疫组化的方法检测FGF7,FGF2和EGF在10例胎鼠、10例幼鼠和10例成鼠皮肤细胞中的阳性表达率。结果FGF7,FGF2和EGF在30例标本中均有表达。EGF、FGF2阳性指数在各组间差异无统计学意义,而FGF7在胎鼠皮肤中的阳性指数高于其在幼鼠和成鼠皮肤中的表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FGF7在皮肤结构的维持和切口愈合中具有重要作用。它在不同发育阶段大鼠皮肤中的表达差异可能与胎儿皮肤伤口无瘢痕愈合有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of fibroblast growth factor7 ( FGF7 ), fibroblast growth factor2 ( FGF2 ) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in skin of fetal and postnatal mice. Methods The expression of FGF7, FGF2 and EGF was examined by immunohistochemical method in 10 samples of fetal mouse skin, 10 samples of infant mouse skin and 10 samples of mature mouse skin. Results Positive immanohistochemical staining of FGFT, FGF2 and EGF could be found in all samples. There was no significant difference in expression of EGF and FGF2 between fetal and postnatal samples. However, the positive rate of FGF7 in fetal mouse skin was significantly higher than that of postnatal mouse skin ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion FGF7 plays an important role in maintenance of cutaneous structure and wound healing. Its expression might have important significance in wound healing without scar formation in skin of fetal mice.
