目的总结临床工作中甘露醇的不良反应,指导临床护理工作,培养护士在工作中细心观察,善于总结的好习惯。方法回顾性分析应用甘露醇降颅内压的486例病人中,38例出现不同程度的不良反应患者的资料。结果和结论护理工作人员应有高度的责任心、扎实的理论知识、熟练的操作技能及敏锐的观察力,临床工作中要做到细心观察,善于总结。

Objective Tally up the side effect of mannite in the clinical work to guide a clinical nursing work and train a nurse to observe with quiet attention and good at summing - up in work. Methods Retrospectively anlysis 486 cases who were given mannite to reduce intracranial pressure. 38 cases occurred different extent untoward effect. Results and Conclusion The nursing staff member should have high responsibility, firm academic knowledge, well -trained manipulating ability and acute observation ability, want to attain elaboration observation in the clinical work and be good at summing - up.
