交叉韧带损伤患者12例漏诊体会

Experience of misdiagnosis in 12 patients with cruciate ligament injury

目的分析临床上交叉韧带损伤漏诊的原因。方法近年来我院收治的12例交叉韧带损伤漏诊患者进行体格检查、X线、磁共振成像(MRI)以及关节镜检等检查。结果12例交叉韧带漏诊均明确诊断,给予相关治疗。结论临床上诊断交叉韧带损伤不能过分依赖体格检查或者MRI,或者仅凭膝关节X线检查正常结果便诊断为软组织损伤。临床医生应加强膝关节方面的知识学习,综合多方面的检查避免漏诊。

Objective To discuss the reasons for misdiagnosis of cruciate ligament injury. Methods In recent years, 12 patients with cruciate ligament injury were misdiagnosed, and they received physical examinations, X -ray inspection, MRI and arthrescopy in this hospital. Results 12 cases of cruciate ligament injury with misdiagnosis were made a definite diagnosis and they received related treatment. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury can not be relied too much on results of either physical examination, MRI or just knee X - ray inspection, otherwise they will be misdiagnosed as soft tissue injury. Clinicians should be strengthened with the knowledge of knee and comprehended multiform inspections in order to avoid misdiagnosis.
