陈旧性心肌梗死患者T波峰末间期的检测及其与室性心律失常的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测陈旧性心肌梗死患者T波峰末间期(Tpe)及T波峰末间期离散度,并探讨其与室性心律失常发生的关系。方法对31例陈旧性心肌梗死患者(分为室性心律失常亚组与无室性心律失常亚组)及40例对照组患者,测量其同步12导联动态心电图的Tpe间期和Tpe离散度(最长Tpe减最短Tpe之差),计算校正的T波峰末间期(Tpe/RR)、心率校正的Tpe离散度(Tpe离散度/RR),并进行比较。结果心肌梗死组的Tpe/RR、Tpe离散度/RR均较对照组组明显延长(P<0.01),而心律失常亚组的Tpe/RR、Tpe离散度/RR亦较无心律失常亚组延长(P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死组的Tpe间期、Tpe离散度延长有显著统计学意义,Tpe间期、Tpe离散度延长与室性心律失常的发生关系密切。 Objective To detect the Tpe interval and explore its relationship with ventricular arrhythmia in patients with old myocardial infarction. Methods 31 cases with old myocardial infarction were divided into 2 groups: ventricular arrhythmia group and non - ventricular arrhythmia group and 40 normal subjects for controls, Tpe and Tpe dispersion (defined as the difference between the maximum and minimum Tpe intervals) of 12 lead Hoher monitor were measured. Tpe/√RR,Tpe dispersion/√RR-were calculated by using RR interval to correct Tpe and Tpe dispersion for changes in heart rate. Results Tpe/√RR- and Tpe dispersion/√RR- in patients with old myocardial infarction were obviously longer than those in control group ( P 〈0.01 ). Tpe/√RR, Tpe dispersion/√RR-in patients with ventrieular arrhythmia were longer than those of patients with non - ventrieular arrhythmia ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The prolongation of Tpe and Tpe dispersion is associated with the development of ventrieular arrhythmia.
