老年心脏起搏器植入术病人全程护理

Nursing for senile patients implanted with cardiac pacemaker

目的探讨老年患者在起搏器植入围手术期间的护理方式和方法。方法对我院2004～2007年23例老年起搏器植入患者的资料进行回顾性分析研究,并总结护理体会。结果在出院后的随访过程中了解到,23例患者中除一例因脑梗死死亡之外,其他患者术后各项指标均显正常。本报告中并无因护理不当而出现的手术失败病例。结论老年人起搏器植入术中,除了要求医护人员有熟练的技术外,还需做好医、护、患三者之间的配合工作。术前做好充分准备;严格无菌操作,术中认真检查各项设备,以做到手术无误;术后做到及时、有效、全面的护理观察,以及详细准确的健康指导,从而有效预防并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the mode and measure for nursing during the peri - operative period of cardiac pacemaker implantation in elderly patients. Methods Clinical data of 23 senile patients implanted with cardiac pacemaker in this hospital during 2004 - 2007 were retrospectively reviewed. The nursing experience was summarized. Results Only 1 case （ 1/23 ） died of cerebral infarction, the indices of other patients were normal during follow - up period after discharge. There was no operative failure caused by nursing mistakes. Conclusion For senile cardiac pacemaker implantation, not only skilled technique is required, co - operation among doctors, nurses and patients is also very important. Satisfactory preparation before operation, strict asepsis and inerrability technique during operation, early, effective and comprehensive nursing and detailed health guidance after operation are important in decreasing complications and improving life quality.
