摘要
本文提出了实施“科技强消”战略的论断，指出了实施该战略的客观必要性和迫切性，提出了实施该战略的基本思路和所要达到的目标、实现途径及对策。
Ahstract： In this article, the author proposed the strategy of ＂Fire Technicalization＂ as well its necessity and urgency. Additionally, hasic ideas, aims, and methods of implementing this strategy were also hreught forward.
