摘要
IL-2诱导正常人 PBL 后,所产生的 LAK 细胞在体外对 Hcla 细胞的杀伤作用,以90u/ml 的 IL-2诱导 PBL 产生的 LAK 细胞对 Hela 细胞杀伤作用较明显。实验揭示出 LAK 细胞的作用比单独使用 IL-2效果好,而 IL-2与 LAK 细胞的联合作用,其效果更佳。
This paper shows that normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by human interleukin 2 can become LAK cells. They can kill the Hela cell in vitro. in 90/ml, action of LAK cells are the most obvious. The experiment suggested that the effect of LAK cells is better than that of IL-2 alone. LAK cells combined with IL-2 is the most effective.
