The Experimental Study of Scarless Wound Healing in Fetal Mouse

对胎鼠无瘢痕愈合的形态学特征进行”观察。发现无瘢痕愈合过程中成纤维细胞微丝排列稀疏；而成年鼠伤口愈合过程中成纤维细胞表现为明显的肌成纤维细胞特征，提示不同的成纤维细胞表型参与了两种愈合过程。对胎鼠无瘢痕愈合手术操作过程进有了讨论。

Fetal surgical skin wounds heal rapidly and without the accompanying scarring of adult skin wounds. The histological difference between the two kinds of wound healing in SD mouse was examined. It was found that in fetal wounds the fibroblasts contained loosely arranged microfilament bundles; while in adult wounds, the fibroblasts displayed features of well differentiated myofibroblasts. This result suggests that fibroblasts involved in fetal and adult wound healing have different phenotypic and functional features.
